I've called in prescriptions 8 hrs ahead and they told me it'd be ready shortly only to get there and they didn't even start working on them yet. I was under the impression they'd be ready and wasn't so I was late to a concert. I was also standing in line the other day and was completely blown off because the lady got distracted by babies, very unprofessional.
