Broke down in little rock Arkansas and called store on the morning of January 4th to let them know I would be to take care of it on Friday the 5th or Saturday the 6th. They said fine. I make it back in town at 2am Saturday. They come banging on the door at 9 am Saturday morning. Long story short I told them to take laptop and stick it. I've dealt with other RAC with no problem. But if I were you I would stay away from the one in West Branson.
